Biography

I started lifting weights at the age of 14 because my small size & low weight.
At that age, I weighed only 98 lbs. I was a very good hockey player playing in the elite league. During my hockey season, I was still lifting weights and gradually got bigger until one day, I made the decision to stop hockey to pursue my dream of becoming a bodybuilder. It quickly turned into a passion.
To this day, I embrace the sport to the point of being a competitive athlete at the National & International level.

For fun I like to…

I coach my older son’s Peewee Hockey team, as I have been doing for the past 6 years, which brings me much pleasure and satisfaction seeing his love & dedication to the sport, that I also enjoyed so much in my younger days.

I also enjoy spending time outside with my 2 sons (8 and 12 years of age) & my wife, often by simply taking long walks by the water near our house with our dog. During the warmer weather, we enjoy a playing a game of basket ball or soccer and during the winter we play hockey or skate at the local park rink.
