Biography

I, Martha Lombardo-Grant, earned my professional status IFBB Pro card at the Canadian National Championships in Toronto, Canada in 2000 and have represented Canada at an international level for 12 years in both Fitness and Figure competitions. With 17 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, 15 years as a Nutritional Consultant and 12 years as a National Presenter and Speaker, I am an excellent example of a role model in the Canadian fitness industry. I take great pride and passion in assisting my clients in taking the next step toward being the best that they can be. This pride allows me to be a leader in the fitness industry and to inspire other women to compete at a provincial and national level as well overall Health and Wellness Awareness.

I have been a guest poser, as well as a speaker throughout Canada on various fitness topics, and have also hosted many of my own seminars. I have also appeared on different television and radio programs, charity events, and women wellness awareness programs, as well being featured in magazines such as Oxygen, Musclemag, Ironman and Flex.

I have not only excelled at my Personal Training business and active International Trainer for 17 years, but have also had an excellent response and following to my promotion of my Women Health and Fitness support groups, women Xpress workouts and various group clinics over the past several years.

My dream is to see the area of women’s health and fitness grows – not only a Canadian level, but on an International level as well. My mission is to guide people to a greater sense of well – being and to provide a positive impact on people’s lives physically, mentally and emotionally.

My Schedule is very busy and demanding I’m very limited with personal fun and activities!! Going to the movies with my husband is a really treat for me!! Yes you can say that is boring – but for me having down time for myself is personal treat.
